A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD limbo skater has set another world record - in spite of the actuality he just began skating two years prior. Tiluck Keisam, from Manipur in Northeast India, set another world record for the uttermost separation limbo skating under bars at the Siri Fort Sports Complex in New Delhi, India.
