The opening film at Film Southasia' 2015, starts as an emancipatory tale of advancement. It follows the tale of a young lady, Shanta Darnal, who gets a grant and abandons her neediness stricken family in a mountain town in Nepal to think about in Kathmandu. The account takes a disastrous turn when Shanta confers suicide, abandoning her family to adapt to their lives and smashed trusts. The title draws on a tale described by Shanta's dad in the film: of a man who has been told he will be murdered by a tiger. He tries to secure himself with watchmen, however when he attracts a tiger to demonstrate the gatekeepers the animal they must monitor him against, the representation wakes up and eats up him. The tussle in the middle of destiny and human office, dreams and fate frames the heart of the film. Chiefs Amy Benson and Scott Squire, a Seattle-based couple, identifies with Taran N Khan about their voyage.

She was so kick ass. She was from an exceptionally poor town however she learned English in around a year, she was super brilliant. On that outing we met her and Kumar, her (senior) sibling and his wife, and shot with them. She let us know she would have been a specialist and would do a reversal to her town.
