A Nepali highlight film, that archives the narrative of the adoration between two kin in Nepal's upper Himalayas, has been assigned under three classes at the prestigious Queens World Film Festival, New York, booked to occur on March 20. The film has gotten designations for the Best Actress Award (Srijana Subba), Best Film, and Best Cinematography.

The film, composed and coordinated by Dr Naresh Kumar KC, highlights performers Srijana Subba, Saugat Malla, Arpan Thapa, Bidhya Karki and Lakpasingi Tamang, among others, and has Deepankar Sigdel and Raveen Acharya as cinematographers.

Chief Naresh Kumar KC, an advocate of sensible way to deal with filmmaking, converses with the Post about his inspirations and motivations behind Dying Candle.

Story, and story as it were. We have a plenty of sensational adoration stories and idealist dramatizations in Nepali silver screen. Nonetheless, there are just a modest bunch of movie producers who bring dangers with non-standard thoughts and settings. We have stayed genuine with the story, and it's characters, to the detriment of inexpensive diversion, keeping in mind the end goal to make the film as genuine as could be allowed. The whole story happens inside of one day, in one house with a couple characters; so it's exploratory methodology is one in number reason that youthful crowds shouldn't miss it.
