Police said they have caught 226 persons for hooliganism in the midst of Holi festivity from different parts of the Kathmandu Valley on Tuesday.
As showed by police, 133 in Kathmandu, 83 in Lalitpur and 10 in Bhaktapur were caught for disorderly activities while lauding the festival.
In like way, action police caught 1,432 drivers and appropriated their vehicles for driving influenced by alcohol and breaking other development rules.
Police said they are investigating the cases.
