The Game of Life, additionally referred to just as Life, is a tabletop game initially made in 1860 by Milton Bradley, as The Checkered Game of Life. The Game of Life was America's first famous parlor game.[1] The amusement reenacts a man's goes through his or her life, from school to retirement, with employments, marriage, and conceivable youngsters en route. Two to six players can take part in one amusement. Varieties of the amusement suit eight to ten players.

The present day variant was initially distributed 100 years after the fact, in 1960. It was made and co-planned by toy and diversion creator Reuben Klamer[2] and was "healthily embraced" by Art Linkletter. It is currently part of the changeless accumulation of the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History and an inductee into the National Toy Hall of Fame. It later brought forth a book, The Game of Life: How to Succeed in Real Life No Matter Where You Land (Running Press), by Lou Harry.
