India tightens security along border with Nepal

Kathmandu, Oct 14 (IANS) India has bulked up security along its open outskirt with Nepal at Birgunj city taking after strains at the India-Pakistan fringe.

Indian security faculty have fixed security checks and expanded observation at the fringe travel focuses catching penetration by hostile components from Nepal exploiting the open outskirt, The Himalayan Times gave an account of Friday.

Security has been bulked up in Adapur, Ghodadana and Ghodasahaya in Bara area. The development of four-wheeled vehicles through these travel focuses has been denied.

All vehicles, with the exception of ambulances and those conveying wedding parties, have been banned from handling through the fringe check focuses and different intersections along the No-Man's territory, Indian authorities said.

Security has likewise been fixed at Raxaul-Vishwa, Parsauni-Bhelai, Sirsiya-Raxaul, Janakitol-Inaruwa, Thori and Bhiswa-Thori travel focuses along the fringe with Nepal in Parsa locale.
