Authors' Association in Makwanpur on Monday, Bhattarai who absconded the UCPN (Maoist) after the proclamation of the new constitution, said he was in a mission of framing another political power for financial advancement and flourishing of the nation. He said his new compel will be guided by the 21st century Marxism. He contended that the political gatherings driven by old mindset and belief systems have no significance.
He said he quit the UCPN to shape another gathering according to the need of the nation.
Bhattarai said informal bar forced by India on Nepal isn't right and it ought to be dissented against from each division.
