Sindhuli Gadhi is a verifiable fortification and vacation destination in eastern Nepal. Sindhuli Gadhi is well known for the fight between the then Gorkha Army and the British troup head by Captain Kinloch. The Gorkha drive crushed Kinloch in November, 1767 (Kartik 24, 1824 BS). Sindhuligadhi live in Sindhuli District of Janakpur Zone. Right now the place is a visitor attraction.In association of unification of Nepal King Prithivi Narayan Shah encompassed the Kathmandu Valley and made a financial blocade. The lord of Kathmandu at the time, Jaya Prakash Malla, then requested military guide from the British in British India. In August 1767, when the powers of the British India landed in Sindhuligadhi, the Gorkha military directed guerrilla assaults against them.
