Over a year into a year ago's overwhelming seismic tremor, local people of Bhirkot, a town in Nagarjun region 10 of Kathmandu, have been attempting to skip back with no assistance from the administration .For anybody going to Bhirkot, its remoteness may be reminiscent of Karnali, which is a standout amongst the most remote areas of the nation. In the wake of the tremor, a group of Oxfam, a universal non-legislative association, took load of the circumstance in the town and propelled drinking water, sanitation and job programs.

The projects were done in organization with Development Project Service Center Nepal and Lumanti-Support Group For Shelter. Lumanti Support Group had helped with the development of drinking water tasks and toilets in the town in the consequence of the quake.According to Sushan Maharjan, a social mobiliser of Lumanti, the gathering had given one cleanliness pack each to every one of the 35 family units in Bhirkot.
