Mar 31, 2017-The Supreme Court on Friday issued a show cause in the name of government regarding its actions and activities over border management within 15 days. A single bench of Justice Ananda Mohan Bhattarai had sought written clarification from the government on the activities at Nepal-India border among other aspects. The SC has asked the government to furnish written clarification over management of Nepal-India open border, review all bilateral treaties and agreements, security arrangements and misuse and encroachment of border among others within 15 days.
