An unknown letter purportedly marked by Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) has undermined to slaughter Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar.
The Goa Police have circled this letter to all the police headquarters in the state and gave over the case to the Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS).
The postcard risk letter was gotten at the State Secretariat a week ago after which Goa Police swung vigorously, a senior police official said today.
"Every one of the organizations of state police are examining this letter. We will soon have the capacity to discover the wellspring of it," the police official said.
"ISIS was composed at the base of the postcard," the authority affirmed.
